I guess they have not perfected this .I am always ready to jump at the chance to bitch about Cricket,or as I like to refer to them as –”Crooked”. This so called”Company” is a joke! If you have a problem with your service,God Help You! Because I can tell you,Cricket won’t. When I got an account with them ,I was supposed to get free long distance. I got it. But the phone they sold me was not a “Tri-Band” phone.So,I can receive long distance calls as long as I am in my home town of Phoenix. The phone is totally useless when I go to Vegas or even as close as Tucson.I can’t even use it as a clock in those towns. Do you think they can get it right? They can’t. I was told I vould upgrade to a much more expensive phone. But I would still have to buy long distance packages to use a tri band phone out of Phoenix. I tried to contact a regional manager or a rep or the God Damned Janitor ,all with no luck! All you get is recorded bullshit! And my bill is supposed to be the same every month.It has always varied . It is strange. But they really don’t care about their customers. I think we should all band together and bring this poor excuse for a business to their knees!
